Vegan Italian Bundle

With this pack you will create a recipe that will make you say "Wow, this is vegan? Friarielli are one of Naples' star vegetables, and are rich in calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, iron and vitamins A, C and K. A dish full of flavour, character and without any trace of animal products. Just fry the friarielli in a frying pan with a little oil, garlic and a chilli pepper, mash to a creamy texture and add to the al dente fusillotti. Finish with our semi-dried tomatoes and a few crumbled taralli, and see if you can resist leaving the dish glistening.
