Stracciatella di Burrata

Stracciatella is the filling content of burrata. It is composed of shredded mozzarella and a little cream. The taste is very tasty and tempting, we recommend eating it with vegetable dishes such as courgettes, aubergines and peppers. It can also be used to make delicious sauces, as a garnish for pizza or as a filling for salmon and bresaola rolls.
