Stracchino

Always made with selected milk from the best Venetian cows, Stracchino is a white, aromatic, creamy and refreshing table cheese, with a sweet and genuine taste, very milky, with subtle, slightly acidic hints and surprising vegetable notes. It is moulded by hand using the ancient technique of the two pastes: joining the layers of cold curd, prepared at night, with the warm curd in the morning. Fresh and versatile, it can be enjoyed with cold meats, with raw or cooked vegetables, in an original caprese salad or simply with a seductive glass of Italian Nebbiolo wine.
