Salame Imola 1962 - no preservatives

IMOLA 1962 is a salami without preservatives, i.e. without nitrites and nitrates of any kind. It is a salami with a "short" list of ingredients that enhances the high quality of the 100% Italian meat from the CLAI controlled supply chain. IMOLA 1962 has a transparent list of ingredients: selected 100% Italian CLAI pork, salt, dextrose, pepper, wine and a pinch of garlic. Despite being small in size, this salami has a long seasoning of at least 8 weeks in dedicated cells.
