Salame di Cinghiale Mignon

The wild boar mignon is a small-sized salami that allows for immediate and very practical consumption. As with the other Mignons, also in this case the pasta contains no less than 50% of the main meat, which is why the flavor and aroma are strong and intense. Pork meat is added to it, as well as salt, mountain aromatic herbs and natural flavourings.
