Saccottino prosciutto crudo
All the wisdom of centuries of Italian food culture, ready in four or five minutes. This original and traditional format of stuffed fresh pasta, also called Fagottini, consists of small bags of fresh egg pasta filled with authentic Italian prosciutto. Consistent and tender, it is so good that it does not need more than a simple accompaniment such as olive oil with pepper and Parmesan or melted butter with sage, although you will also love it with white cream sauces, cheeses or bechamel or, if you fancy a preparation more surprising, you can try them with pear and gorgonzola cheese and accompany them with a soft red wine.
