A thin dough, crunchy and friable, with a rectangular shape. Golden like bread. Its ingredients too are the same as bread: Durum wheat semolina, salt, beer yeast. Good together with every dish and food, cold cuts and cheese, meat and fish, marmalade, jams and chocolate. It has a strong taste, but not excessively salty, it goes well with many different tastes.
