Fine passata made with 100% Italian tomatoes, harvested in the sunny south of Italy only between the second half of July and the end of September. La Torrente selects them for their maturity, body and juiciness, washes them carefully to preserve all their natural characteristics and prepares them a few hours after harvesting them according to the traditional Italian procedure in a bain-marie. Being made exclusively with naturally sun-ripened tomatoes, this passata has a bright, healthy and natural red color, just the right amount of acidity and a delicious flavor with subtle nuances of leaves, fruit and flowers.
