Mozzarella di Bufala DOP.

Handmade by the careful hands of traditional cheesemakers, this is a very special mozzarella, with an unmistakable texture and a pure flavour that is different from others because it is handmade and made with milk from buffaloes raised only on hay and corn. Being buffalo milk, it is low in lactose and high in calcium and healthy fats, porcelain white in colour, with a smooth, soft and elastic skin and a wonderful smell of pure milk, with aromatic notes of yoghurt.
