Panettone della Mamma al Limoncello follows a 72-hour production process, in which the most important phase is the operation of cooling the dough, which allows it to remain lively. By working it with flour and water, we ensure that it remains reactive, which gives softness and flavour to the product. It has a limoncello cream filling and the dough is enriched with candied lemon peel, present both in pieces to increase the fragrance and in the dough to complete a strong lemon note, making it a delicacy.
