White vinification, soft pressing, temperature-controlled fermentation of the must, with the addition of selected yeasts. The territory of the municipality of Frascati, Grottaferrata, Monteporzio and part of the district of the municipality of Colonna, in the province of Rome. It is recommended to be served chilled at a temperature of 8° -10°C and to be consumed within the year following the harvest. It is the most classic of wines for all meals, favouring lean appetizers, broths and dry soups, fish and white meats.
Made from white grapes Malvasia di Candia, Greco and Trebbiano Toscano.
