Filetti di Tonno All'Olio di Oliva (Tuna Fillets)
Yellowfin tuna, also called Yellowfin or Yellowfin (because of its peculiar yellow fins), is a migratory species caught mainly in tropical and equatorial waters is caught mainly in tropical and equatorial waters and is perhaps the most widely used canned tuna. Its meat is consistent and more pinkish in colour. Once the best specimens have been selected and the cooking process has been completed, the fish is prepared and packaged using traditional techniques. For the preparation of our preserves, we use the Yellowfin Tuna loins to which we add our specially selected Olive Oil, which provides an exclusive aroma and flavour.
