Recovering its original recipe, Caputo teaches us with this flour how breads and pizzas were made in Naples in the early twentieth century. As was done in the past, Farina Storica is grinded very slowly so as not to damage the structure of the grain and thus preserve all its organoleptic qualities intact. It is a flour with all the authenticity, tradition, and flavor of the past: made only with pure wheat and preserving the germ of the grain to enrich it, it provides a crunchier texture, flavors and aromas more natural than conventional flour and gives the dough the beautiful color of golden wheat.
