Brewer's yeast produced from a rigorously selected Italian variety and fed only with Italian beetroot molasses. It's not a chemical yeast at all. It is a natural product that is not manufactured, but grown. With it you will get the same fluffy and uniform effect as with fresh yeast, but using much less quantity and with a longer shelf life: it is preserved up to two years sealed and two months once opened. It contains no gluten, is suitable for long fermentations and creates soft doughs of incomparable flavor, rich aromatic complexity and much easier digestion.
