Birra Midona

Unpasteurised Italian craft golden ale with a deep, crystalline old gold colour, a round and balanced composition and a beautiful creamy head. It is worth savouring its lime tree and freshly cut grass perfume on the nose, enriched with toasted malt notes, fresh spices and citrus hints of orange, lime and grapefruit from its high fermentation with Cascade hops in the dry hopping phase. Meanwhile, the palate is medium-bodied and pleasantly fresh, with bitter and slightly spicy notes, hints of ginger and freshly cut grass and the pleasant touch of fresh hops.
