Although brewed with the perfect combination of light barley malt and caramel barley malt, the primary ingredient in this superb Kellerbier-style Ichnusa is a passion for beer. This little Sardinian prodigy is made by throwing the hops by hand, as was done in the old days, and instead of filtering it, it is left to decant naturally in the fermentation vats. Thanks to wise gestures like these, the result is extraordinarily special: golden-orange color, moderate brightness and veiled by the yeast in suspension, intense and round body and a round flavor, with subtle herbaceous and yellow fruit sensations and delicate notes of bread.
