Arborio Rice - Riso Morgante
Riso Arborio is one of the most appreciated short rices in Italy for preparing risottos, mellow rices and timbale, since its round grains have the ability to absorb a lot of liquid, withstand constant stirring and remain firm, creamy, loose and chewy.
