Chinotto Lurisia is special because it is made only with chinotto from the Riviera Ligure di Ponente. The Savona Chinotto, an evergreen plant with an intense perfume, has been a Slow Food Presidium since 2004. It is a citrus fruit originally from China, but has found its chosen soil in the Savona hinterland. Small and incredibly fragrant, the Chinotto di Savona transfers all its aromatic pleasantness to the Lurisia drink.
