Salanort only fishes anchovies in Getaria. The anchovy is of the highest quality that can only be found in the Bay of Biscay, part of our success comes from the completely handmade work we do to make our anchovy. Fishing, filleting, pressing, barrel maturation and packaging are done following traditional techniques. The result, a 100% maximum quality artisanal anchovy.
