We deliver our food within Selected Postcodes with our fleet of refrigerated vans. Deliveries outside these areas are provided by two national courier companies with the best track record of service.
Are some products available only in selected postcodes?
Yes. Products marked London Only are not available for delivery all around U.K. The restriction is related to frozen products and some waters in glass bottles.
How quick HelloMamma delivers in London and the rest of the UK?
We have a cut off time at 12:00 for next day delivery. Please see the table below for some exceptions based on the courier’s shipping rules.
Minimum order
The minimum order is £40.
Delivery is free for London postcodes orders over £70.
For rest of the postcodes, orders over £70 and more than 10kg in weight, there is a delivery discount of £5. Every extra Kilo is charged at £0.30/Kg.
How will we pack the fresh products?
In London we deliver with our fleet of refrigerated vans. All the orders shipped by couriers, we use the best approved packaging, including insulated thermal bags with ice tablets.
Do I need to be at home all day to wait for the delivery?
Please leave special instructions at the check-out if you want us or the courier to leave the order with a neighbour or in a safety place. In this case we will consider the order as completed.
In case the courier’s driver doesn’t find anybody at home, a card will be left, and they will try to deliver the next day.
